Can I try before I commit?
Yes — we offer a free trial pass so you can explore the facility, meet our trainers, and get a feel for the gym before deciding on a membership.
Are personal trainers included?
Basic workout guidance and form correction are available to every member. Enhanced personal training sessions can be added on separately — ask our team for current PT rates.
What are the women-only hours?
Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–4:00 PM is reserved exclusively for women members, in addition to our regular unisex hours the rest of the day.
What are your gym timings?
Monday–Saturday: 5:30 AM–9:45 PM. Sunday: 7:00 AM–12:00 PM. Women-Only Hours: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–4:00 PM.
What safety measures do you follow?
Daily deep sanitization, sanitizing stations throughout the facility, temperature screening at entry, contactless digital entry/payment, and 24/7 CCTV surveillance.
